DIY PEPPERMINT HOT COCOA RECIPE!

My favorite part about the cold season is HOT COCOA!  I recently tried peppermint hot cocoa and it is DELICIOUS!  

Here's a simple and delightfully delicious PEPPERMINT HOT COCOA recipe!
