Revlon Fantasy Lengths Self Adhesive False Lashes

I have to admit applying false lashes on is not an easy task for me until of course I found a way to avoid the lash glue that I seem to get everywhere--on my fingers, on my eyelashes, on my eyelids in areas where it should not get glue on and on my vanity--hehehe!  I have been wanting to try the Revlon Fantasy Lengths self adhesive lashes and I finally tried them out!  They can be found at Target, Rite Aid, Walmart as well as other stores. These lashes apply on so easily and they do not require any glue!  They stick to the lashes pretty well!  An extra self adhesive strip is included so I suggest applying on extra on the inner and outer corners of the eyes because that is the area the falsies seem to come off.
Pros:
  • I usually trim the lash strip to fit my eye, but these were the perfect size and did not need any trimming--this is a first for me!
  •   Both the lash styles I choose (99501 Defining and 99500 Intensifying) appear natural and the length looks natural as well!
  • Applying these lashes takes less time than the typical glue on lashes because there is no application of glue and waiting for the glue to dry.
  • There is an extra self adhesive strip for each eyelash which increases the likelihood of multiple uses.
  • This is a great false lash alternative to individuals with sensitive eyes from the lash glue.
  • The lash band is thin and does not need a thick eyeliner application.
  • I didn't apply any eyeliner on afterward and they still look natural!
  • The inner lash hairs are shorter than the outer hairs which looks "natural".
  • The lashes are labeled L (left) and R(right), easy to figure out for lash newbies like me.  LOL!
Cons:
  • The lashes come off on the inner and outer corners of the eyes after a couple of hours.  They do not last on as long as the glue on application lashes.
  • Price ranges from $5-7 a pair depending where you buy it, my Ebay lashes are cheaper, but they are definitely NOT adhesive.  The cheapest place to buy it I've found is www.drugstore.com, they are on sale for $4.00!  I don't know when this sale will end.
  •  This is not really a con, but I hope they create more lash styles.

I think i bought something similar to these and I used lash glue anyway because the sides would come off so easily...
Looks like there are more pros though ;)

I agree, using lash glue on the sides would keep them on longer. :)

i got these from the pretty pink box as samples, i don't like these at all cause the the bands are too thick (at lst the ones i had was) and when applied it looks uber weird and un-natural

Hi Elle! I'm sorry you didn't like it, but I loove it so much. The band is thin on me and it looks natural for me, but of course we are all different and have different facial features that make lashes look different.
